Hello,

I have a 40 gallon tank and have alot of rocks, so i think the total water in there is about 28 to 30 gallon, nitrate level was about 30, I have done one 15 gallon water change and one 10 gallon water change in two weeks, I am using amquel plus also. I have stop running my skimmer for two weeks so the amquel plus would kick in, today i check and nitrate is at 20. What should i do to decrease the nitrate level more?
