Not sure if tank inhabitants care or not, but does everyone change their light timer(s) when daylight saving time ends or begins? I had my actinic lights set to go off around 11:00, but now with the time change my tank is dark by 10:00. My latest tank is coral challenged for now but just wondering what others think about this twice per year time change.

I usually do change them simply b/c I want to have the same periods when I can view the tank and do stuff when I am still awake. But I've been so busy that I have forgotten about it this time around. Thanks for the reminder ;)

Lights come on at 5 PM & go off at 1 AM...........................I leave it like this year round..................the late night shutoff helps heat the tank in the winter & the late turn on means less a/c in the summer..........

What time of timers are you guys using..Im using those big bulky timers. All it takes is a 10 degree turn and we are back to the right time.
