Hey guys,
We are starting this new cool things here at SCR. Its called "featured LFS"
Its going to be an indepth interview of a LFS, online business, company etc..
to help you get more familiar with their business and what they have to offer.
These reviews will eventually accumulate and will serve as a valuable reference. Hopefully there will be a lot of photos as well.

So what I need from you guys are some good interview questions that will help everyone to get to know their business better.
It will mainly compose of questions about their business but we can throw in some random funny questions as well. I will then compose a list of 15-20 top questions to be asked.

What got them into having a reef store?
What is the main goal of there business plan?
How do they acquire there corals? Fish?
Do they have a quarenteen process?
Why is there store better than the competitors?
Do they ship?
How many employees?
How many of the employees actually take care of the tanks?
How often do they bring in corals/fish.
How long have they been in business.

BTW this is a great idea! Are you just doing socall stores?

Worst in-store disaster and how they learned and recovered from it.
What would their competitors say about them.
What are their return, exchange, and refund policies.
Most interesting livestock they've seen in their tanks.
Examples of how they've gone beyond the call of duty to provide customer service.
