What is this thing??

Can any one tell me what this weird little thing is?? Do I kick it out my tank or is this thing benifical and should I leave him be??

No its moving - I didnt know what the hell it was - but I had seen it once before and he is getting big - must have came in on some new LR

Yeah I just looked it up - its a flat worm for sure - its just a 12G nano - he is the only one I saw - should I treat the tank?? - or just yank him out???
