your skimmer could use some cleaning. the part between the red and the cup is all brown, should be clear. that will help with the performance, still not sure on the adjustment of it, maybe someone else will recognize the brand and chime in.

is like a frogspawn farm. lol. what kind of lighting are u using? IMO i think you can use more light to bring out all the color from the corals.
