I had great success with a Fuji f30, a little out of date by now but still kicks butt compared to some of todays cameras. Well worth the investment, very fast shutter response, good macro and can shoot up to 3200 iso. Have had pictures printed double page in magazines from it!

i had a cybershot 7.2mp before i upgraded to the canon xti, it was a good camera for a point and shoot. if you focus it properly, you can crop it and enlarge the photo too look awesome.
