I have a chance to see this lighting at Stryker's tank....If you tank is not 30 inches deep then It's OK (will cover all the area)...but the paint quality/color and detail is not compare to Giesemann.
you will most likely find that you need 2 Maristars The reflectors are just not optimal for a tank that has a width over 24". Unless you plan to keep low light loving animals and mount it rediculously high.
gcarroll - Thanks for the info. My other option was to either go with 3 250watt MH with 14k bulbs or 3 400watt MH with 14k bulbs. Using Lumenarc reflectors and Galaxy ballast.
for a 42' width you should use the full size 22" Lumenmax or full size Lumenbright reflectors. Lumenbright will have more intensity. Lumenmax will have more even spread.
