Could be a few things, are they new to the tank? were they acclimated properly?. Maybe you have a tinny newb branch eating on some zoa's or maybe some of your water parems are off. or if you have a strong light try lowing them to the sand bed in your tank.

Add some prime or amquel if you have ammonia per instructions on bottles. Also when you do point a powerhead up to break the surface of the top of your tank.
