Hey guys,
I am planning to make an island overflow box with Acrylic. But I am stuck at the Weir Comb part. I couldn't figure out a way to drill the comb. I don't have the tools. Can anyone help me out on this? Or Can just buy the weir comb from somewhere?

I found this online but it is too expensive for me. Considering that I am building a 10'' X 6'' island overflow box.

I found some solutions online with egg crate. eggcrate overflow.jpg
But also heard forum posts from people that the holes are too big and even clowns can get through them. Is that true?

I tried to cut some myself and failed miserable, I drilled a 1/4" hole 1" down and cut inwards with a saw to finish it. John at advance acrylics ended up making mine for cheaper than what it cost me to buy the acrylic on my first attempt. He got it done same day to.

In that case, might wanna pay someone else to do it. Youll wish you had when youre looking at it a few weeks down the line if it comes out crappy...
