    Yep they are running a good sell on all their ribs right now

    I've had good beef ribs but I definitely like my swine a lot more. I've converted My bro in law recently from beef to pork ribs.

    Is that the offset smoker from Texas? My neighbor has one. I like the quality of that smoker. Nice and heavy.
