encintas tropical fish
For actual fish/coral stores I would say Aquatic Warehouse and Octopus Garden since you can knock out both stores as they are close to each other. I also like Pet Kingdom as Nick mentioned they carry ORA corals and they have a huge selection of reptiles if you have any interest in that. It's about 20-25 minutes from AW and OG. If you are coming down the 5 freeway, you can also check out the Pond Source in Carlsbad which has the same owner as AW. Their coral/fish selection is not as big as AW but they do get in some unique pieces from time to time and checking out all their koi is cool.

Custom Aquatic is more of an online store, they don't really take walk ins and are dry goods only. I'm pretty sure Fragcity no longer exists.
Pk that's all I know
Do fish get thirsty?!?
I'm not sure if Reef Empire has completed their new store, but they are a great source of frags.
if you are looking for corals...Aqua SD is the best...
