What you are looking for is something that is very expensive to make, and will not be found in a film sold buy the yard down at the hardware store.
Low pass IR filters are typically used on cameras to filter out the IR (the chips are very sensitive to IR). Fun DIY project is to tear into your camera and remove the filter to make an IR camera.
