Adding float switches to a mixing station.

Ok so for those of you that have a mixing station, how do U fill the reservoir? I've already left mine on over night and wasted a ton of water.

Auto top off.com sells a kit to solve this problem. It's $50 for the kit and $25 for the solenoid. As long as your ro/di is equipped with an auto shut off, your good to go.

It's the double horizontal float switch. Powers the solenoid once the lower switch is activated (water low), and then it shuts power off to the solenoid when the top switch is activated. Pretty simple, and price is reasonable.

Gunna be ordering one, so I thought id pass along the info.

I can make you one using better material madison float (fully submersible medical grade) and now that I'm able to plastic coat neodymium I can seat them in acrylic brackets. No more having to hang your floats I use 2 floats to easily set to desired height 2nd being a fail safe. A 3rd can be added with the pump in the event reserve is low..
