6 bulb. I realized it wasn't set up the way i expected. I expected two ballasts, one for the two bulbs and one for the four. At this point I am not even sure the problem was the ballast. All of the lights worked but one of them occasionally didn't fire up right away and seemed dim. If only one bulb was a problem could the ballast have been bad?
When I got it apart the wires were too short to come through and two of them (yellow ) came off of the ballast. I don't know which one goes where.
Not quite sure what to do at this point.
