I remember reading something about the aquabus from neptune that it wasn't just a "normal" usb cable, and that a normal one wouldn't work?

(or maybe i was just on crack)

Yes, the USB cord but it's not a USB cord. If the cord is bad, the Apex brain isn't telling the outlet on the EB8 to turn off

When are you getting that back from Neptune? I can swing by tomorrow if you get it back by tomorrow or Saturday morning.

They said they're shipping it out today so not sure... probably getting is Saturday is my guess.

Thanks I'll keep you posted. Saturday I'll be gone after 11am... we can figure something out.

Actually it works just fine according to neptune after I sent it in. it might be the bad ballast on my light causing the issues.

I got the EB8 back, hooked everything back. Still having problems.

I moved the lights to outlets 4 and 8. They stay on all the time and I can't shut them off...

hmmm maybe the lights is not compatible with apex some sorts of stray voltage thats messing with apex ...
i had similar issues before

Will the outlet work if you use the apex preset profile and simply put in the time you want it on and off?

What if you plugged something other than the light into those outlets? do they turn off? Try like a floor fan or something.
