A big thanks to Will and the staff at AquaSD. I picked up some stuff off their latest live sale and after I got home I noticed that 1 item was incorrect. Normally I would no worry about it because I got the correct number of pieces but the one item I really wanted was the one that was left out. I emailed him that night around 930-1000 and to my surprise he replied to me and apologized for the inconvenience and he would look into it and get back to me on Saturday morning. First thing Saturday he emailed me and again apologized for the inconvenience, told me to keep the "miss picked" coral and that he still had the original coral that I did not recieve.
I think that was great customer service and I appreciate it!!!!!!!
