Whoa that looks pretty cool but it looks like the overflow is made between two pieces of acrylic in close proximity. I'm wondering in what happens when algae grows in between

The panel is thumb screwed on, so it looks like you unscrew it and wipe it down and your done.

The tanks look like 150s and no bulkheads, they just drained in to the sump that the tanks sat on. I guess you just make a channel to your sump.
