Apex rebooting and shutting off on its own.

Any idea? Every hour or so it will either reboot completely or just shut off. I just setup yesterday and downloaded latest firmware. Anyone have experience with this issue or know how to stop it from happening?

Maybe the outlet is faulty or not fully connected? If that's good I would try installing the firmware again.

Faulty probe ports. Most likely pH. Chances are will have to contact neptune and send that in for service

Hahaha, I was going to say "Tell me about it!"; Anyway, the above advice(s) is(are) from reefers who have experienced similar problems with your Apex device. It might be a different problem/root cause in your case and/or their cases.

If an Apex engineer comes here and says "Yeah, that is how we design it" then I am with you. btw, is it a full Apex or an Jr. or a lite version?
