I am wondering if anybody had dealt with this company? Seems to work with sps this is my cheap way of being able to grow them. What you guys think?

If not can I grow sps with this Current USA Orbit Marine Aquarium? My tank is 9" tall if anything I would stay with low light sps if possible. My tank would be top half of the specs so theoretically my par would be 50par to 400 par.
This is a spec picture not sure how accurate it is there are people who have grown sps with them. But just trying to get second opinions.
