I have a 10 bulb dimmable and 2 of the bulbs don't work. I tried different bulbs, nothing. I replaced the ballast and still doesn't work.

I'm looking for someone that is familiar with them to check it out and help me get it going. I am willing to pay.

Bummer that reefgeek is no longer around. Could have easily taken it to them. Hope you get it fixed. It's an awesome light and at 10 bulbs, yours is a beast.

Have you check the relay(s)? If you can hear the clicking sounds, there is a good chance that the relay is done.

You would need to remove the housing of the pm. It is locating right next to each ballast. Each ballast should have a relay.

check the wiring in the black box. The wire for that ballast may have come undone.

I had a second new ballast that I put in today. I tested it with the ballast out of the fixture and got the lights to light up! But once I stuffed everything back into the fixture and fired it up, the lights just flashed and went out again. I'm back to 8 or the 10 bulbs working. I'm so over this... thinking of getting rid of this fixture and going LED.
