So, I love these really lowpro mag cleaners for allowing me to clean glass w rock work that is up VERY close to the glass. Have had 4 rust out, so fed up.. I emailed TLF a photo and they are quick to respond with mailing out free replacement cleaner sides. While it sux that they aren't engineered better, I appreciate the quick resolution ! I will continue to buy them since they serve a useful purpose.. As long as TLF is willing to keep replacing them as they do this! Lol just thought I'd share my exp in case anyone else has one lying around rusted out..
