Sync or Anti-Sync? Vortech Settings...

I'm running a tank with mostly SPS and it's pretty much a given to run Reef Crest (Random) mode. But I'm not sure how to program my slave unit.

Which do you guys use? Sync or Anti-Sync? And why?

I use sync so that there will be a time for low flow in the tank

i didnt like the anti-sync feature. majority of the time pumps seemed to both be at 50%

I use Anti Sync, i control it with my APEX, with a top speed at about 80%,

I do kinda wish we could set a Minimum speed also tho that would be great.
