First Clam - mantle not extending fully - FW dip??

Hey guys! I've had this clam (crocea?) for a few weeeks now, and he doesnt seem to be opening up fully:

Should I be worried?

Tank stats: 50 gallon cube (8 mo old), 3" under water from Aurora LED puck (similar to radion)

Chemistry:
Ca: 450
Alk: 10.5
Mg: 1350

Nitrate: <5

Tank mates:
2x percs
2x chromis
1 yellow coris wrasse
1 possum wrasse
1 emerald crab
4 hermits

Dont wanna lose this guy!

Uh oh I hope im wrong but I am pretty sure it looks like pinched mantle to me. From what I remember you should do a FW dip ASAP because it can kill the clam very fast. Do some research too and see whats the best way. How long exactly have you had it? There is something that is stressing it out... are you running GFO or change anything recently? Any temp or salinity swings lately?

He's right around 3". Tanks been 80-82 degrees because I dont have AC (have a fan + apex that keeps it below 82). I run GFO because I've been battling phosphates.
