Looks to be a bristle worm. It is mostly preference. There are many who dread the all mighty bristle. In my opinion, they are an important part of the clean up crew. They keep your sand cleaned and sifted. I have put frags with algae in and watched them be gone with the algae in a few hours. Its your call

I have a ton at night, i think you only have to worry about the ones that get to big, ive pulled one out about 6 inches long.

Bristle for sure.. Petting them feels like electric fiberglass... Not that I would know...much.....
