Clam w oyster hitchhiker.. Please advise :)

Got this Beauty from Rap ( thanks IGC!) I've noticed that there is an oyster embedded in the shell .. Encroaching on the edge of his shell . It is right above the hermit on the left side.. Hard to see , but maybe an inch and a half.. And it has grown up to the very top edge of clam shell ( right in the 'valley ' ) fluke. Clam seems to open fine, ( as does the oyster! Lol)
Should I remove it or just leave it alone?

Lol thanks.. Wasn't sure if it would irritate it . Here she is all fluffy .. Led pics suck, but you get the idea
