I was one of those who complained loudly about the horrific customer support of Digital Aquatics. I need to say they have changed and upped their game. I had a slab leak and had to move my aquarium to the garage. All was well except the alarm on the RLK I could not turn off. A simple call actually answered by someone that in 3 minutes fixed my problem. He was helpful, did not refer me to a manual and solved my issue easily. Hopefully they keep it up. Kudos to Digital Aquatics for listening to their customers.
