For about 1 full year I have been using ESV Salt mix and I have seen some pretty awesome results. One thing that was always in the back of my head was the clarity of the water, It always seemed a bit foggy. A few days ago I noticed that I didn't have enough salt for my water change so I drove to my LFS and bought a small bucket of Red Sea Pro. I did a 25 gallon water change on my 70 CadLight and I was amazed at the difference in clarity!! tonight I plan on taking a matching picture to show the difference... I can't believe the difference!

Worth trying. I can tell you I never had good luck with it. Spiked my alk and if left mixing for too long, it will cloud up. Everyone's tank is different though.

I use regular Red Sea because as Ray mentioned, your alk can get way up there. It also mixes clear.
