Get the epoxy from home depot - it's about $40 and it'll bond anything.

My phone won't let me copy paste the link - look up simpson strong tie - it's two part and u need a gun. I used this for my tonga rocks and it works great

I recently used the mortar product from Marco rocks and was really impressed with how easy it was to apply and it is increadibly strong. After it dried for 5-10 minutes I was able to go over the joint with a soft toothbrush and clean off the excess. Again super easy, strong and looks very natural.

Drylok hydraulic cement from home depot. Works great and didn't hardened to fast, 5min work time.
