I have a frag of Clove Polyps and they got attacked by brown algae. I know they need high flow so this doesn't happen but when I came back from my work trip and my tank had a bit of a run with brown algae. My newly acquired CUC has taken care of most of it but they did not get any off of the Cloves.

Any advise on how to clean this algae off? I have since repositioned it to a higher flow area.

Just brush them off and suck them out when you do water change.
For the frags with many brown algae on that, you can take the frags out and dip with 50/50 of tank water and hydrogen peroxide about 5 mins and lightly brush the frags with soft brushes.
Increase more flows for your tank also.
Check with phosphate and nitrate in your tank, and control them from there.
This is what I did for my tank when it had a lot of brown algae last month. Now it's clean and nice.
Just be patient and do one step at the time.
Good luck.

Thanks Trung. I missed a water change last week due to work travel so that's why it got out of control. Normally I just get a small diatom bloom and that's about it. Staying on top of it every day now.
