Anyone know what these are I was looking in my tank after the lights went off I noticed there were quite a bit of things swimming around and I caught these worm things they were swimming in a weird spiral way. Anyone have any idea what they are?!https://vimeo.com/131851537

Is there any way to get rid of them? Are they beneficial?

Get a wrasse to eat them and net them out as many as you can whenever you see them swimming around
