So I've decided to probably go for a closed loop on my current 150. I currently am running Fluval SP4 that splits into 4 returns ( 2 from overflow box and 2 x 3/4" seaswirls. I feel like there is too much turnover in my sump since I'm getting crazy microbubbles in the display tank. So I want to possibly downgrade my SP4 to something smaller and then add a closed loop pump into my overflow box to power the seaswirls. The 2 other returns coming out of the overflow will still be powered by the return pump in the sump. Please give me some suggestions of a strong but small footprint pump to power 2 x 3/4" seaswirls.
