My dad brought home a pink tailed trigger, so I did my standard acclimation thing, and dropped in the tank a while later. Right when I put it into the tank it goes to the back of the tank and I've never seen it again. I have no idea where it could hide and don't want to move around rocks just to make sure its okay. Moving around 50+ lbs of rock with lots of corals is not fun:afraid:. Should I wait a day and see if it decides to pop out?

My Niger trigger did the same thing. I found him later laying flat against the underside of a flat rock used for a cliff. Crazy fish can fit anywhere, also they are diggers.

I thought I replied to this thread a while ago. Well I've found him and he has eaten. Weird thing is that he always lies down in the cave on his side.
