I found this guy crawling on my glass tonight. I only see the one but I am wondering if this is one of those things that if there is one there are many?

Is this is a flatworm?
Is this particular kind harmful?

If so, I prefer not to use chemicals if I can help it, does anyone know where I could get a nudibranch to deal with them or should I wait to see if I have more?

Sorry about the poor picture...it is all white, very thin, inching along glass and about an inch long.

When in doubt throw it out.
Hard to tell from the picture really. A lot of nutibranchs and flatworms out there. I recently got a beautiful orange one. A soft coral eater, or pruner.but in my sps tank he had nothin to eat and slowly went pale..
yes if it has a shell its a stomatella and they can get almost an inch long.

I would toss it, there are flat worms that eat clams, and im sure others that eat other stuff. stomatella have a little shell, and are not very big, maybe a quarter-half an inch tops.
