Mine is in the middle of the tank under 250k radium and it's completely red, no green at all. I fragged it and put the frag lower in the tank to see if I can get the green back.

i got mine from age about a two months ago and so far it has encrusted over the rock i placed it on, and grew half an inch... woot... it's also starting to grow branches on the base and it stays an awesome red... i'll post pics as soon as i get home...

i keep it up high under 250w 20k electronic ballast...

Mine completely shatterd into tiny pieces when I tried to get it off that stupid recycled-tire plug. I glued the two biggest pieces down. It hasn't started to branch yet, just LOTS of encrusting....
