Had to move in June. When taking down the tank I found the side of my stand collapsing. Thank for I caught it before it fully collapsed.
Aluminum stand then I kinda hate my steal stand it rust at the bottom

Need to maintain more than just the tank. About once a month I wipe everything down with a bucket of water and rag, mold dust, salt creep. Anything directly over sump I spray with a water bottle.

Kind of hard to do with your sump just fits lol. Also, I had that whole area on the outside covered with a cabinet for all my electrical and moisture will kill wood over time no mater what.

Looks like you're going to get a second chance to solve that problem. Was at Tongs today doing a walk through. If they don't fix their shelf on the right side as you walk towards the back. That thing is going to collapse. Has at least an inch lean on it to the front. And dissolved wood dust is falling in tanks below it.
