Anyone here use T-slot to make thier own light mount?

I don't want to hang my radions, so I placed an order for some t-slot and accessories. I like that you can buy covers to route the wires in the un used slots. I think it should turn out clean Just couldn't find anything on google.

. Just curious if anyone else has used this before? I've seen people make full tank stands out of the thicker stuff.

Yeah. I used the 8020 slotted aluminum to mount my AI 52's. There's so many different accessories that you can build pretty much anything

Just got done hanging my lights over my new 50 with 80/20 t-slot. Love the stuff!

Nothing fancy. Just used some cable wire to attach to my light hanger
hey KarL where did you get the black from? i have been searching for black but i have only found them in short lengths.

btw did u drill through the Tslot? can u describe how u attached ur lights?

What lights? And what size t-slot?
I'm using 1" t-slot and I have a retrofit t5 and diy led's
