it mean you only have 2 bars of service and it will be sufficient enough to make a call if you dont walk around. you also have 5% battery life before the phone tells you that you have low battery. also means its only 9:15am in the morning, you either did not charge your phone last night or you are a heavy phone user.
I think he means if the 46% at the bottom of the screen is a percentage of the 50% or a percentage of the 100%. imo it's a percentage of the 50% making it about 25% total brightness. I think the best way to find out is to look at the tank and estimate it visually, the difference between 25-50% on the Radion is pretty noticeable.
Does this mean my lights are approximately running at 25%? I am slowly ramping up to 100%. Using mh as my main light and Radion is being used as a supplement.
If you've set your lights at 100% max but also set an accimation period in your settings then I think this is showing you it's currently at 50% of your max 100% setting.
