I did the same thing after looking online. Said they were only algae eaters,. Went to the LFS where they showed me some reputable text saying otherwise. Took me 3 weeks to get them out of my 80......They ate most of one devils hand in that time. I would tend to believe them..now.
I got lucky and got all 3 on one rock. Now all I need to do is get them off the rock that is in my 40 now. I was wondering why I have never seen 'em for sale locally.

Scutus. Awesome alage eater, and fun to watch. SeaCrop is the only place I've seen that you can order them from, I'm considering getting mine some friends.
