Hi everyone, any help would be appreciated on this matter.

I am thinking of ordering a tank , even though i wish i could , the glass tank is not an option.

here are the specs

40L x 18W x 24H ( i like taller tanks)
3/4 Acrylic
Center overflow Trapezoid
2.5 Euro-bracing , Rounded in the corners (inside)
Hand-polished edges (not sure whats the difference between machine or hand polished)
Corners of the tank are not rounded ( i dont like that)
Black back
The tank in itself is about 65-70 gallons

Here are my questions.

1) Is 3/4 of acrylic an overkill for the tank of that size, ( i want to avoid it bowing , )
2) Is there any downsides of having 3/4 acrylic as far as visibility goes , as compared to the 1/2 thick acrylic?
3) what size should my drain and return piping be for this tank? (and what is the smallest size sump i can go with for a 65 gallon tank?)
4) What size of the return pump should I get for the tank that size?
5) Should I have 2 drain pipes to be safe or should I just have 1?
6) What type of overflow should i go with that would be silent but wont take up too much space? because I dont want to have a tank with a huge overflow
7) Also anyone know of a few good Acrylic tank Manufacturers.
8) Any other suggestions you might have would be greatly appreciated.
9) Is $900-1000, is a good price range to expect for a tank of that size?
Thanks again .
