Looks like a tiny coned shaped snail. It's very tiny. A little smaller than a Zoa eating nudi branch.

Anyone know if it's safe?

It sounds like but I could be wrong, pyramidellid snail do some research. If you have clams or feather dusters look around them. Hope this helps.
