Phosban Reactor Flow Rate

Is this too much flow for Phosguard in Phosban reactor? I have no idea what GPH the pump is, nothing on the pump that tells me. I cant even see the brand of the pump.
I do have a small ball valve i can use to restrict flow.
Just want to know if the flow look okay or too much.

Too high. I'd set it to where you barely see the surface moving around if at all. I actually have mine packed tight so I can turn the flow up without tumbling. You usually don't want media to tumble that bad, it'll grind down over time.

I thought for bio pellets you need to tumble?
