I have an idea to create some sand or sand-like "hills" or shoals in a tank and was wondering what kind of cement I could use to mold and glue the sand together.

Any ideas?

How about the material used to create those "natural" frag plug holders? What are they made from?

I've used the Nyos cement, it's kinda of a PITA so if you don't need to use it in an established tank I wouldn't, but it works well.
