What mode do you use for your circulation pumps? MP's, WP's RW's GYRE's?

Just wanted to know what modes you guys run your circulation pumps on?

I have 1 MP10 that I run on Reef Crest and 1 WP25 that I run on pulse mode.

I run 2 RW 8's, I have them synced & set on random mode.

I have 2 gyre's and don't know what to run them on. ive had them constant for a long time and just switched to high-low(whatever its called, not reverse though). I wish I could control them better with the apex but I don't want to pay 200 bones to control both pumps
