I've been using reef chilli and getting some pretty good results, here is what I do:
I have two feed mode settings on my apex, the first shuts all the pumps off so there is no water movement in the tank at all. Then I go around with my turkey Baster and feed my different corals. When I am done there is still a lot of food floating around. The second feed mode turns the wave maker on but keeps the return pump off so the food floats around in the tank a while feeding them even more. I do this at night after the light has been off for a while and all the corals have there little feelers out. I'm not sure if this is how it should be done or if there's a better way. ho do you guys and girls feed your corals.

Sounds like what I do manually. I really need to set up feed modes for my apex.

I'm battling nutrient issues now so I feed with a tube and pellets.
