Need Expert Opinion

I dipped one of my zoa because only that colony looked unhappy for a while now, all other are happy as they can be. Now, what came off of them is below. To me, looks like pods but wanted to see if I can get a second opinion. This is about the best I can do with pics but I know its enough for some of you guys.

Looks like pods. Were they swimming like darting backwards when dipped?

I only noticed them when I took them out of dipping bucket. They were already dead.
