Ok to get rid of that poll and to answer my question...4 or 6 t5 bulb fixture on a 60 gal softy tank?

6 will give you more power, and more options to play with for color reasons. i'm going for the 8 bulb personally, found a great price on one, let me know if you are interested.

T5 for SPS is ok as well. As long as the tank is 24" or less in height.

6 bulbs .. many more combo options for you to use/try. Make sure that you get a system with individual reflectors as well.

If its a retro I say start with 4 and then go with 6 if need be

Nice, I have 4x54w t5ho being overdriven by an icecap 600 on my 60 gallon and i dont think i would want 6! my tank is only 17" tall though.

Heck I have 6X39 on my 75 and I bleached some SPS and a chalice in the bottom 3rd of my 24" tank that were about 12" from a 250DE bulb at the store.

Yeah I would go with 4 depending on what ballast you are using. Since you are only having LPS..

4 Bulbs 2 12K/ 2 Actinics

6 Bulbs 2 10K/ 2 Actinics/ 2 Super Actinics
