8 months ago I bought the Gyre XF-150. Last Tuesday I noticed it was running all the time. I checked the connections with the Apex and all looked good. I tried shutting it off and back on several times with no success. Taking it apart and cleaning then reassembling didn't fix the problem. Next I went to Coral Vue's support site and filed a warranty ticket, sending in copies of purchase receipt and what ever else was requested. That was this Thursday evening. I got a message that the ticket would be looked at and reply would be sent out in 24 hours. The next morning, Friday and 7 am I get an email response asking for some detailed info on my problem. After a couple of back and forth emails I had a USPS tracking number for my new XF-150. Once the ticket was opened, Coral Vue took 1 hour and 16 min. to resolve my warranty and send me a new motor. That is just amazing.
