I am having the hardest time with the simplest part.

The dashboard icon isn't lit up. The only other thing I've read is to access the classic dashboard with an IP address. The display on this apex works and gives me an ip address but when I put it in the website bar it always times out. Arghhhh why do I suck so much with computers

I've hard wired the unit to the router btw

Do you have the right port number?

How about taking a picture of the ip address and settings from the screen?

Did it work before or did you buy this used or new and first time setting up?? I know this is silly question but your laptop is connected to the same router as the apex right??

Also check the gateway ip on the apex. it should be the router ip

You don't need to get the ip/port number or anything. Go to the apex display, go to fusion, then it will give you the token number. Then enter that on apex fusion online.

Ok so since this can from a previous reefer firsts needed to reset apex to factory settings.
System-init memory-all
From there then the apex fusion will let you select a token

As far as the router recognizing it. The reset to factory was all it took.

Thanks
