Well it took me pretty much the whole weekend but I got it done. I swapped out the old broken sump for a a better one.
Let me say i think it's easier to set up a new sump then it is to swap things out and redo plumbing.
But I am way happier with the new sump then the old one. Better design and easier to get to skimmer now.




I'm thinking I'm going to swap out the ecoxotic for a gen1 radion and put my frag rack in the fuge. The fuge is an easy 20gals. So there's plenty of room for a frag rack or 2.

Well I got the radion over the fuge. Now comes the fun part and trying to program it with the pc sense I have no reeflink.

Got the radion programmed and ready to go. The fuge turns on at 11p at 50% and turns off a 12 noon.

Tank is looking a lot cleaner. The hair algae is starting to go away.




Put the rose in the tank Thursday night and it settled in

This one is growing like a weed

RR Apple Jacks starting to get color back

So I'm still fighting bryopsis, but the red turn algae seems to be going away nicely. I've been dosing 3ml per day of vibrant liquid aquarium cleaner. But in effort to fight the bryopsis I'm going to bump it up to 6ml a day to see if I have any luck.
I have raised my mag to 1420 using Kent tech m but haven't had luck killing the bryopsis.
But all in all sps seem to be doing fine haven't lost a single piece yet.
Actually some of the colors have been coming along nicely. My asd rainbow milli is really starting to look good again and it's shooting off a whole mess of new branches.

Looking great. I like that rock work. That tech M route can be expensive, I had to raise my mag above 1600 before I started to see browning and die off. Once it got up that high it went quick though.
