Shredded rbta

What's up SoCali, so my rbta seems to have been shredded by one of my powerheads. I still see some remains of the anemone left in between the rock, questions is should I take those remains out, or leave them to see if they turn into nems and just do a water change?

water change asap as big as you are able to & remove all the left overs. not worth trying to see if they will become nems.

if you have carbon add carbon.
